So we are into day 2 of the plan, I found yesterday pretty easy to be honest but I’m struggling a bit today.
Despite drinking loads of water yesterday I woke up feeling really dehydrated and lethargic. I have been a bit tired all day but have managed to stick to the nutrition side of things and have been eating lots of chicken, turkey and nuts and had scrambled eggs for breakfast. I have also been drinking lots of mineral water today.
It’s a weird feeling I don’t feel hungry but I do feel very low on energy. I’m assuming that this is a result of the 2 or 3 cups of coffee that I get through every day. In fact I often find myself sat in Starbucks during the day working on my laptop writing articles and workouts for clients. I’ve been here before so I know that this might last a few days but once I get over this it gets a lot easier.
I’ve also noticed today that I want to have my snacks that seem to be just habits and have to think a bit more about not having them. You know the ones I mean, like when you get the morning paper or want something sweet after your lunch.
I trained yesterday afternoon in the gym that I use, but haven’t done anything today yet as I have a match tonight (last league game of the season), hopefully I will get a good run-out.
